Initial Consults
Come on into our practice and you’ll be greeted by one of our chiropractic assistants: Monique, Kristy, Rebecca, Meagan or Debbie.
They’ll have a questionnaire for you to complete which allows either Ben, Jo-anne, Gus or Leo (our four chiropractors) to get a comprehensive understanding of your health history.
They will conduct a thorough assessment which is covered below.
Based on this assessment, Ben, Jo-anne, Gus or Leo will be able to determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
If so, a full explanation of what was found will be given, as well as recommendations moving forward. You will then be given your first adjustment (spinal correction).
Our Assessment :
Discussion of your current health needs and goals
Postural, range of motion and weight distribution analysis
Spinal analysis
Orthopaedic testing (to identify the specific nature of your injury or condition)
X-rays (if needed, our facilities are conveniently located onsite)

Regular Visits
Visits moving forward are typically around 10 – 15 minutes.
You’ll have time to discuss with Ben, Jo-anne, Gus or Leo how your care is going and then they’ll check and adjust you.
These visits are aimed at building on previous sessions to help maintain lasting change. If your adjustments are holding well, the chiropractor will recommend a longer interval between your visits and depending on where you want to take your care, an appropriate maintenance level can be determined if you want to keep on top of your progress so far.
